Booking & payment预约和付款
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.全额付款才算预约成功。
- All bookings and payments are non-refundable.所有预约和付款一律不退款。
- 3D modelling and printing take time, so please book at least 3 days ahead.3D 建模和打印需要时间，请最迟提前 3 天预约。
Your photo & design照片和设计
- After booking, send us clear full-body photos at least 3 days before your session.预约后，请最迟活动前 3 天发清楚的全身照给我们。
- We don't print 18+ content.18 禁的不印。
- We send you the AI-generated design to confirm before printing. Small simplifications may be needed so it prints well.打印前会把 AI 生成的设计发给你确认。为了打印效果，可能需要稍微简化。
- 5 cm is only for pets or very simple characters; for people, choose 10 cm or bigger.5 cm 只适合宠物或很简单的角色；人物请选 10 cm 或以上。
What's included包含什么
- Included: your custom chibi 3D design, the 3D print, a painting session with all materials (paints, brushes, tools), and your finished figure to take home.包含：Q 版 3D 设计、3D 打印、上色课和全部材料（颜料、画笔、工具），完成的公仔带回家。
- Not included: extra figures, changes to the 3D model, display stands, cases or packaging. Larger sizes or extra customisation may cost more.不包含：额外的公仔、修改 3D 模型、展示底座、盒子或包装。更大尺寸或额外定制可能要另外收费。
On the day上课当天
- Please arrive 15 minutes early.请提早 15 分钟到。
- No experience needed; our team guides you through the painting.不需要经验，我们会一步步教你上色。
- Each figure is 3D-printed and hand-painted, so small imperfections are part of its charm.每个公仔都是 3D 打印再手工上色，小小的不完美也是它的特色。
